Michael P. Michael's unique skill set follows from serving as Law Director for the City of Englewood, special counsel to Sinclair Community College, general counsel for the Home Builders Association of Dayton and the Miami Valley, and as counsel to many businesses and major real estate developers.
Michael has extensive background in structuring large-scale commercial transactions, including drafting multi-layered contracts and negotiating complex agreements.
